Equality and Diversity Policy

Any breaches of this policy will be deemed as misconduct and will be dealt with through the disciplinary procedures.

Should any member of staff believe that he/she has been discriminated against they should raise the issue under the grievance procedure.

We will review all our employment practice and procedures to ensure fairness.


This policy will be monitored and reviewed annually.
